My Biography

My father is Italian and my mother is French. I was born in South Tyrol in Italy where people speak both Italian and German. So I grew up speaking three languages.

I am a self-taught artist. I have drawn and painted since I was 3 years old.
When I was 11 years old, I helped my little brother's class making Christmas candles. One day, waiting for him, I drew a swan on the blackboard with a chalk. A week later, his teacher, who was an artist, gave me a bag full of artists' material, including books and oil colours, So I began with oil paintings and I never gave up.
I studied languages and I worked as secretary for about 15 years, because I always thought I could not live only with art.
But my passion came back and I could not stop it. Now I teach French in a private school and I have a lot of time to paint and draw. I am a member of the artistic circle in my town (Circolo S.Erardo - Bressanone)
I usually paint portraits or figures with oil colours or pencil and I work on commissions since 1998.
