Basically, I draw "buildings", "people" and "comic illustrations". Colored pencil drawings are drawn on the theme of homosexuality and bewitching of women in their teens and thirties, and pencil drawings are drawn mainly including landscapes centering on European buildings.
Imai Atsushi was born in 1973. I currently live in Himeji City. He returned as a painter in 2014 for the first time in 20 years. He has been participating in art fairs around the world since 2017. The illustrations he draws are drawn with the female pop stars turned into characters. I also draw collaborative illustrations with Japanese anime.
I also draw colored pencil drawings and pencil drawings.
The drawing of the colored pencils draws on the theme of female homosexuality and bewitching, and the pencil drawing draws mainly the landscape around the buildings.
All the pictures he draws are conscious of “Japan”. Various things such as women's fashion, gestures and makeup. And when drawing landscapes, I predict and draw places that are considered to be anime scenes, which are also the subculture that Japan represents.

Introducing the first magazine published in 2021!
2021 Look Book
In fact, since yesterday, it has been published in the Yearbook of Professional Colored Pencil Painters in the United States as it did last year.
This time, I consider it as a joint magazine of last year's edition and this year's edition in the sense of supporting coronavirus.
You can also see the colored pencil drawings of the publisher on this site.
The hot and humid weather after rainy season in Japan is an unbearable thing every year.
By Japan time, it will be 7:00 in the morning on June 12th, and about 6pm yesterday in New York, which is 13 hours ahead of time.
A special exhibition of the group exhibition Sprung 4 at Arthouse.nyc is being held.
The place is Big screen Plaza, a famous outdoor facility in New York. It's not the place you often see on TV.
Therefore, it was only 1 hour from 6 pm local time, but a monitor exhibition was held to celebrate the recovery of the new coronavirus.
I am showing the picture "Love and Love Line No.2" in the photo at the beginning. The monitor is about 90 square meters with high definition image quality.
This planned exhibition will be held again as soon as the New York State's termination program reaches Phase 4.
I am pleased to be able to join the Artrooms fair Seoul at the beginning.
I am not 'rooms' this time, but I am filled with the pleasure of seeing the picture.
I started activities as an artist for the first time in about 20 years in 2014. It was the time when I saw the face that I am pleased by drawing animation illustrations to my sons.
I began to draw pictures from the idea that I would like to disseminate feelings at that time from myself. And the act of drawing with colored pencil is the basic stance.Because color pencils are always present in every country. I would like to show that drawing can be drawn even from countries that are fighting. My picture is not good at all but I hope to prove it.
I have a goal. "I will like you my picture!" But that's just drawing it.
Just spreading pictures in Japan is not easy. I am communicating my activities while playing Japanese anime characters on SNS. And now there is.
It is an announcement before Artrooms fair.
I draw painting also to Art San Diego 2018 from 10/18 to 10/21. Change It is a flower of a morning glory. Thank you.
