Description

Collection explores the controversial nature of materials and their value. Why the same material is precious at one point and treated as a refuse at another? How fair our objects evaluation is and weather initial value corresponds to its appearance? These questions helped me to take a look into a waste material from another angle. By combining traditional knowledge with modern technology I have created a collection with splendid appearance yet made of refuse.
The interaction with the audience occurs on emotional level. Each element of collection aims to remind of the ambiguous nature of the material world. Minimalistic nature of objects should encourage to visual meditation and mind harmony, though by purpose they are multifunctional cubes- a box, container and a bottle.
