“Immersion” - the first part in the 4 part painting element of the synaesthetic sound portrait installation I’m creating for Artrooms London. Making this work for Artrooms is my invitation to the outside world, allowing you in to my relationship with colour and sound and inviting you to challenge your own sensory perception. We all have a relationship with colour and sound, and my paintings are expressions of my own. A kind of expressive, physical performance which then allow me to create my projected installation environments. A synthesised synaesthesia. An immersion within sound and colour, where the two can exist as one - if only for a little while.
